Tera Mai™ Reiki
Reiki was rediscovered in ancient Sanskrit texts at the end of the 19th Century by Japanese scholar Dr Mikaomi Usui. He called it Reiki, pronounced “ray key”, a Japanese word meaning ‘Universal Life Energy’.
Tera Mai ™ Reiki is a powerful system of healing, developed by Kathleen Milner, an American artist, teacher and author.
It is best described as energy channeling, has no association with religion, faith or belief systems and can be received by anyone who is willing to be healed. Tera Mai ™ Reiki Healing can be given in a hands-on treatment and is a soothing and calming experience, allowing you total relaxation and a sense of peace. It can also be sent across time and distance to people, situations, plants and animals.

Tera Mai ™ Reiki Attunements
As a Tera Mai™ Reiki Master, Annie also offers training in Tera Mai™ Reiki. Often a student is guided to the Reiki Master most suited to their own individual needs and level of development and if you are seeking a Reiki Master then you should be guided by what feels right for you.The Courses
The courses will introduce/revisit aspects of your own spirituality and develop them as well as learning about Tera Mai™ and the attunements. You will be supported in your group as you work through various aspects of development, such as meditation and the esoteric aspects of colour and sound. Offered at various times throughout the year, they consist of three ‘levels’ or ‘degrees’ in Reiki, which are the three traditional stages of learning to channel Reiki energy.REIKI 1 £70
In the first level you are encouraged to focus on self healing. This serves several purposes, such as to enable you to channel more energy to others. It will also help you to optimise your own energy field and become used to the associated sensations.

REIKI 2 £95
Level 2, the practitioner standard, increases your ability to channel the Reiki energy to help yourself and others. This is for people wishing to develop their Reiki to a deeper level and is the first associated with channeling Reiki to other people, animals and situations. You will be taught the skills of distant healing, meditation, protection and cleansing.

The third degree, referred to as the ‘master level’, is divided into two parts, ‘Master Practioner Level’ and ‘Master Teacher Level’. This is because receiving the Master level attunements enables people to attune others to Reiki, hence becoming a teacher of this healing art. You should be fully integrated and processed at each level before moving to the next. Your Reiki Master will help you with this.

In addition to the above costs, there is a £50 deposit for registration and to cover supplementary expenses.
All courses run at the weekends.
